SUBMIT A CLAIM

Here at Graham Kippen & Associates, we realise the trauma that our clients go through when the unfortunate happens and they have to submit a claim.

We therefore try to make the process as hassle free as possible. We have attached some of the more relevant claim forms for you to complete, or alternatively contact us and we will personally attend to whatever you need. Simply complete the form and e-mail it back to us and we will be in touch with any further details we may require.

Things to remember

For your peace of mind, and to ensure that the process is followed as quickly as possible remember to:

  • Notify your broker as soon as possible about any event that may lead to a claim, but not later than 30 days following the event.

  • Make sure the information on your claims form is correct and contains full details of the third party and any eyewitnesses.

  • Report the case to the police immediately, but not later than 48 hours after the event. They will give you a case number, which you must give to us when registering the claim.

  • Provide a clear description of how the accident/loss happened.

  • Include a clear sketch in the case of a motor claim.

  • Submit proof of ownership and replacement quotes for property loss claim.

Once we have received your completed claim form and relevant attachments, documentation will be forwarded to the relevant insurer. We will give you progress reports and advise you should the insurers need any further information.
